1. What if an item is unavailable?

If an item or size you have selected is not available for purchase on krufonline.com, you may Contact Us for requests.

We will put you on the list and notify you once the item restock. If you need additional assistance, please Contact Us. 


2. Where are KRUF product materials come from?

KRUF appreciates the rarity and beauty of the selection of our fabric.

The origin of our fur apparels is traded from auction houses in Northern Europe and Northern America, for example Kopenhagen Fur and SAGA Fur.

We are strictly selective on the materials we used in all our garments, only the finest quality of materials in our garments were used. KRUF tends to create attainable daily pieces with using luxurious fabrics for more people to enjoy wearing fur pieces in stylish and modern manner.

4. How to care my KRUF products?

Our product are mostly made of delicate fabric, we always recommend customers to follow our washing recommendations to ensure its longevity.

- Do not store in bags or any types

- Avoid direct light to prevent discolouration

- Avoid direct contact with perfume, fragrances or any other chemicals

- In case of rain or snow, hang it up to dry and clean it delicately with a soft cloth to remove any stains 

- Furs and leathers can be entrusted to a specialist. Please refer to care label in the product descriptions for specific cleaning recommendations. 


    1. Do I need an account to place an order?

    No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to save your information to minimise your time in next order, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.


    2. I have forgotten my password: what should I do?

    It's easy! Here’s how: Simply click the 'Forgot Password' link on our Sign-In page and enter your email address.

    You'll then receive an email to reset your password.


    3. How do I place an order on your site?

    It's easy! Here’s how:

    Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout.

    Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout.

    Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order.

    That's it! We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you.


      4. Where can I find size & fit advice?

      Click on ‘Size Guide’ on the item’s page to view our conversion chart.

      We also provide fit information and product measurements for each style under the ‘Size & Fit’ tab.


      5. Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

      Yes. Contact us via phone OR email within 24 hours to cancel your order.

      We're unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.

      6. What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept credit card payment via PayPal.


      7. Will my personal details stay safe?

      Absolutely. We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to.

      1. How much will I be charged for shipping?

      This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items, and the cost will appear at the checkout.


      2. When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

      Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within 5~7 business days.

      Delivery takes days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

      Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided.


      3. Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

      Yes, taxes and duties are not included in the price of the goods. 

      1. What is KRUF's return and exchanges policy?

      We offer a refund on any items, request a return within 7 business days and returned the item to us within 7 business days of the delivery date for all returns for your convenience. 

      Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

      All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. 

      Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honoured if the label has not been removed.

      SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, ITEMS PURCHASED WITH GIFT CARDS and PROMO CODE, ACCESSORIES, BAGS are not eligible for return.

      We DO NOT accept return of Décor items, such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions, unless items are damaged upon receipt.If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.


      For Hong Kong/ Macau/ China order:

      KRUF will charge for extra HKD100 handling fee per return item, customers are responsible for the shipping cost.


      For international order:

      Initial shipping, shipping fee for the purchase from KRUF (The shipping fee of the responding order on www.krufonline.com), taxes and duties will not be refunded unless the Merchandise is defective in which case a full refund will be made subject to inspection and compliance with the policy under 'Refund' in Terms of Sale.

      *Please note that exchanges may be processed only for the same or lower value. If you are exchanging for an item of lower cost, you will receive a partial refund directly through your Paypal account.


      To create a return,

      1. You have to contact us via enquiry@krufonline.com to request a return. Please state your order no., the item(s) you would like to return and the reasons why you would like to return.

      2. For valid return, KRUF will issue a return code to you. 

      3. You need to fill in a returns invoice with the return code. You should find a returns invoice inside your parcel.

      4. On it, mark the items, including the quantities, being sent back to us. Make sure you sign and date this invoice to confirm your return.

      5. Attach the return note and a signed copy of the return note inside the KRUF box.

      6. Then, pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original (including invoices, proof of purchase, protective film/sleeves of the products, the products and packaging boxes and sleeves, accessories, and all accompanying documents and items.).

      For exchange, please choose the exchange option. We will contact you via email once we received the return goods.


      Items purchased at a KRUF store, KRUF outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to krufonline.com. Items should be returned using the same channel of the original purchase.

      2. When will I receive my refund?

      Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 3-4 weeks, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.

      To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, it needs to meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.


      3. Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?

      While we offer free returns for all damaged or faulty items, the original delivery cost won’t be included in your refund. 

      Return items for reasons, such as do not fit, not as pictured or otherwise specified in the return note, initial shipping and shipping fee for the purchase from KRUF (The shipping fee of the responding order on www.krufonline.com) will not be included in your return order. Taxes and duties are non-refundable through KRUF.

      For exchange items size and colour, or otherwise specified, all shipping fee (i.e. shipping fee for the purchase on www.krufonline.com,  shipping fee for returning item(s) to KRUF and shipping fee for exchanged items from KRUF) will not be included. Customer will take full the responsibility on taxes and duties.



      4. What should I do if I have received the wrong/ faulty/ damaged items?


      Please check the contents of your ordered item(s) upon receipt. While we take great care to pack your parcel with precision, on a rare occasion we may send the wrong item by mistake. If you have received wrong/faulty/damaged item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team to resolve the issue, please contact our Client Services within 48 hours upon discovery for our advisors to assist you, and send back the item(s) within 7 days.

      2. How to modify / delete My KRUF Account?

      KRUF offers you the possibility to update and modify all the information of your account by login to your own account and edit your personal information.
